SKYWALKERS: A LOVE STORY - A Netflix documentary review
White people often like to do strange things. If something is said to be dangerous, that's exactly what they want to do.
That's what we felt with the documentary 'Skywalkers.' Does it make sense to invite a friend to climb a tall tower to overcome a phobia? Then, when they can't get down, they start to panic!
'Skywalkers' is a Netflix documentary that tells the story of two individuals with different backgrounds and personalities. A woman who is afraid of heights and lacks stamina, and a man who only follows the instructions of his sponsor. Both deny being involved in vandalism but admit to being criminals.
The documentary also features a story about a Russian couple who are believed to have trespassed to climb Merdeka 118 Tower, causing shock and criticism on social media after their photos were shared. Angela Nikolau, one of the couple, admitted to wearing a hijab, glasses, and dressing like a construction worker before rushing to the 32nd floor to rest. Kuala Lumpur Deputy Police Chief Yahaya Othman stated that the police will conduct an investigation and call the couple in for questioning.
More worryingly, more and more people are attempting to climb Merdeka 118 Tower. The question is, when will the security system in this building be tightened? This action is not only illegal due to trespassing but also poses a danger to personal safety.
